How to apply? When you apply online, you are requested to include the following documents. It is recommended to have all documents ready before you start the online registration. Required documents: 1. A scanned copy of an official passport size photograph (jpg or jpeg) You may upload the following documents in either .pdf or Word format: 2. A scanned copy of your passport or European ID card (front and back of ID card). 3. An official scanned copy of diplomas/(most recent) final grade lists, with your name and signed or stamped by your school or student counselor. 4. Contact details of your school and student counselor. 5. Motivation letter and resume, written in English. 6. A scanned copy of your proof of enrolment for an Economics / M&O course or certificate, when applicable (Dutch applicants with a havo Culture and Society diploma without Economics or M&O). 7. A scanned copy of your proof of enrolment for a language course or certificate, when applicable (Dutch applicants with a havo/vwo or MBO-4 diploma without a second foreign language). 8. A scanned copy of your TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge test results, when applicable (International applicants who have not followed at least two years full time education with English as the language of instruction in the preceding three calendar years). 9. Mandate form (applicants with a Dutch bank account), see attached form, or a proof of payment for the selection procedure (applicants with a foreign bank account). The fees are € 115 for selection in The Netherlands or € 145 for selection abroad. Applicants with a foreign bank account: Please transfer the selection day fee to the Hotelschool’s account, stating the name of the applicant and ‘Selection Day’. Upload a proof of payment when filling out the digital application form. Please note: We do not accept cheques. Cancellation Policy If you cannot attend the selection day, please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail (admissions@hotelschool.nl). You are kindly requested to also state the reason why you are unable to attend. If your cancellation is received at least one week prior to the selection day you were invited to attend, your participation fee will be refunded to you minus administration and processing costs (€ 35). Cancellations received less than one week beforehand do not qualify for a refund.
