He Studied MA in Electronic
Communication and Publishing
from the Department of
Information Studies, University
College London, UK. He also
obtained MA in Library Science
from University of the Punjab,
Lahore.
He has extensive experience of
working in the library and
information sector and has
specialized in the electronic and
physical information medium
through formal education,
training and work.
