Here RNA was DNase or left without treatment. Heat-shock either subjected to genes were either induced (I) or not (C). Samples were analyzed for heatshock gene expression via reverse- transcript respective signals ion PCR. Only induced samples should display the respective signals. The presences of bands in control sample lanes indicate inefficient removal of genomic DNA.
