BNDCC will cover all carpeted floor in the function room with 12 (twelve) mm multiplex prior floor marking or stand construction period. 3. Official Contractor/Sub-Contractor is required to cover carpeted floor at the function room with 12 (twelve) mm multiplex, if the exhibition area is located only at lobby/pre-function area. The function room is used as in and out access of the trolley to load and/or unload cargo/goods during setup and dismantling. 9. Official Contractor/Sub-Contractor workers are required to use their own tools and equipments. Use of BNDCC tools and equipments are not allowed unless prior approved by BNDCC authorized personnel or related department. 10. Organiser/Official Contractor must ensure that there will not be any partition or fascia or decoration or any other construction built that may affected air distribution from AC unit not thoroughly. 11. Minimum space between function room’s wall to stand construction is 0,5 m. Visitor’s lane/gangway minimum width is 2.5 m. 13. Uses of materials, tools and equipments (i.e. paints, nails, adhesive, cello-tapes, double-tapes, drills, screws and bolts) that may cause certain damage on the pillars, walls, floors, doors, ceilings, stage, furniture and other BNDCC’s belongings are strictly prohibited. 14. Panels/components/parts of the stand, decoration, stage and other constructions works must be prepared outside BNDCC area. Construction during setup limited only for assembling, connecting, nailing those panels/components/parts. 15. Paints, sublimate using sandpaper and/or putty, cutting, sawing, grinding, welding, use of cement and other hard-work construction inside BNDCC area are strictly prohibited. Cutting and painting limited for final touch only. 16. Use of plastic/tarpaulin/plywood to cover marble floor/carpeted floor/multiplex covered floor are required during construction works on the setup period at entire BNDCC area. 17. Water supply is unavailable around lobby area. In the condition of requiring water supply inside function room, the particular stand must built near loading dock or service corridor to facilitate water pipe and drainage system installation. 18. Turning-on the car display engine during loading and/or unloading to the exhibition area and during show day(s) is strictly prohibited. 19. Organiser is required to arrange signage in every glass panels to ensure proper visibility. 20. Official Contractor/Sub-Contractor is required to collect and disposed all construction debris or garbage generated in exhibition and/or convention area during setup and dismantling. Garbage disposal to BNDCC garbage compartments is strictly prohibited. Additional charges may apply if the garbage disposed by BNDCC. III. ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION 1. BNDCC will provide power supply from main panel. Organiser or official contractor will provide electricity cables and connect the electricity from supply point to designated stand area. 2. Converting electricity installation or install additional power including electrical fitting without obtain written approval from BNDCC Engineering Department is strictly prohibited. Electricity installations requested by organiser or official contractor require written approval from BNDCC Engineering Department. Organiser or official contractor will be responsible for any additional charge occurred for any modification installation procurement. 4. The attendance of Engineering Department personnel is required during the process of electricity installation from BNDCC main panel to contractor’s panel. 5. Official Contractor is required to use cable lug during electricity installation. 6. Official Contractor is required to use proper cables and connectors in every electricity installation, i.e. cable which connected to wall outlet must use round pin connector. 7. Required to use specific cable brands: Supreme, Kabel Metal, Kabelindo and Trunka with minimum size of NYM 2 x 2.5 mm2. 8. Use of multi plugs is strictly prohibited. Minimum power supply on the wall outlet is 2,200 watt (10 ampere). 9. Official Contractor is required to use MCB unit for power supply in every exhibition stand prior connected to BNDCC electricity main supply. 10. Cable connection to the exhibition stand’s feeder cable must comply with SPLN standard. IV. EXHIBITION HANGING OBJECT 1. Official Contractor is required to request BNDCC written approval if there will be any hanging construction on the function room’s ceiling. 2. Hanging construction is permitted only for the use of aluminum truss and rigging or mild lighting construction, projection installation, signage such as banner, pennant banner and neon sign installation. 3. BNDCC written approval will be issued after proper check of every detail of hanging construction plans and the safety of the ceiling’s condition. 4. Organiser and Official Contractor are fully responsible for any cause upon the hanging construction. 5. Organiser and/or Official Contractor are required to submit hanging materials general weight in written (drawing and calculation), particularly for special design stand which will use truss lighting. 6. Hanging point maximum capacity is 250 kg per point.
