experience in the business has proven time again that a well sourced bean and a
consistent roast is essential to a delightful ‘in the cup’ experience. Our roasteries are not

TEA
We source our teas from Birchall. The company has produce and traded tea for over
140 years, with particular focus on East Africa, from Rwanda through to the Rift Valley in
Kenya, where the finest teas are to be found.
Birchall offer a range of excellent teas, including English Breakfast Tea, Earl Gray and a
range of fruit and herbal infusions. The teas are grown at high altitude and relatively low
temperatures, developing greater flavour before they are individually picked. Birchall’s
pursuit of quality ensures that leaves are only ever hand plucked. The leaf, bud and tender
stem are carefully pinched together in a ‘perfect pick’. This is how Birchall have established
themselves as purveyors of quality, providing outstanding teas, bursting with flavour.

The Bravilor TH10 brews filter coffee directly
into Bravilor Airpots. Bravilor airpots have been
specifically designed to preserve flavour longer.
Additionally airpots can easily be moved from a
preparation area to serve coffee locally in offices
or meeting rooms. The TH10 does not require a
connection to the water mains and can be filled
manually.

The cups and saucers are 100% porcelite and come in a range of sizes;
