This brochure is very much a mark of inspiration. We warmly invite
you to discover a wide variety of solutions that can be tailored to your
needs. Thanks to multiple, clearly arranged categories, you will find
ideas and suggestions for labelling your products. After all, we want
to make sure that your flashes of inspiration have maximum impact.
BYSTŘICE, CZECH REPUBLIC
All of Rathgeber’s products have one purpose: to serve people. They
allow people to “make a mark” that fills them with pride. A brand
emblem, for example, embodies all of the values that have been
factored into a product’s manufacture. Workflows become more
transparent and quicker thanks to precise labelling. Functional parts
provide protection and retain value. In other places, technical labelling warn against incorrect handling and provide instruction on how
to use technical equipment correctly.

PROCESSING TOOLS
You may already have heard of the term “simplexity“. It refers
to a principle in which something complicated, such as a computer or
a workflow, is simplified without losing any of its complexity. This is
precisely the simplification tool for your working environment that
we offer, for example in the targeted use of information and symbols
in guidance and orientation systems. This allows you to give your work
processes mobility and give them a secure sequence of steps to follow.
Systematic depiction contributes towards a high standard of quality
and makes checking and servicing easier.
Other advantages: Your employees’ work is made easier, allowing
them to focus on essential tasks – namely their work and providing
service to the customer.

DECORATIVE ELEMENT
EMBELLISHMENT
When it comes to design, it’s all about the nuanced skill of distilling
the essence of a brand into a single design. As a result, we offer a variety of solutions that communicate your company’s message in ways
that can be both seen and felt. From 3D design to micro-printing, we
develop real eye-catchers that are truly a delight to behold.
This is how a strong corporate design is crowned. An outstanding
product such as ROYALPLAST, for example, combines robustness with
visual depth and is also “self-healing“.

Added value in a nutshell.

MODEL IDENTIFICATION
We offer you a variety of finishing options to ensure your brand is
expressed precisely the way you want it. These options allow you to
set yourself apart from the competition, increase your brand’s recognition factor and at the same time give your product lines clear and
unmistakable identities. The printing options and wealth of material
to choose from offer a wide range of design possibilities – inspired
entirely by the product’s character and your corporate design.
As well as the brand logo and model identifier, other product advantages and pledges can also be printed, such as references to
anniversaries, “Made in“ confirmations or high-quality signatures for
special models. Other options for using your logo can be found in
the sections “Presentation“ and “Advertising“ on pages 32 onwards.

FAQs
Appendix
Who can help me find a product that’s ideal for my
application?
Have you received our inspirational brochure, perhaps
some samples, and you’d like to place an order? You’ve
got two choices: either request a no-obligation, free
quote from one of our expert field sales partners, who
will help you match the product to your application’s
needs. Or simply give us a call! Through a one-to-one
conversation with you, we’ll be happy to assist you
further and get you to your goal.
How can I obtain a price comparison on my current
products?
Have all your needs already been met? But you’d still
like to save money on your next order? We’ll help you
optimise your product, and we’d be happy to make
you a no-obligation offer. Send us your product specification, ideally along with an original sample. The most
efficient savings are usually made through a new approach. Sometimes, a cheap adhesive or a different
type of material are all it takes. Profit from our team’s
considerable experience
Why switch to RATHGEBER?
One very simple reason would be our experience
gleaned from over 15,000 orders per year. With us,
you get a supplier that has a unique and broad portfolio of products. We supply everything from a single
source, and we make everything ourselves. So you can
look forward to a considerable reduction in costs and
effort in terms of supplier support. As well as our expert
consultation at your premises, why not profit too from
new, well thought-out ideas, constantly updated product variations and ongoing further development? Take
us at our word and place a trial order with us today.
We know you’ll be impressed.
What are “design and typesetting costs (pro rata)”?
Once an order is placed, we transform your concepts,
ideas or files into printable graphics that can actually be
produced. Files provided by customers often have to
be reworked. To help us do this, we use the latest IT
and software and our many years of expertise. After
around 2 to 3 working days, we send you a design
template. Once you give us the go-ahead to start production, we create a proof (digital printing) or a screen
printing film for each colour (often in large formats
with lots of “copies”). We list the costs of this separately in the quote or in the order confirmation. They
are not hidden away in the unit price. This saves you
costs that you would otherwise have to pay again and
again with each further order. We can archive the file
for you and all of the printed films and guarantee their
safekeeping for ten years. So within this period, you
can re-order your product without incurring any new
ancillary costs.
Which file formats can you handle?
Apple: Freehand, Illustrator (current or earlier
versions) and PDF.
Note: Fonts must be converted into character paths. If
this is not possible, please save the original fonts too.
PC: CorelDraw (current or earlier versions) and PDF.
Note: Please remember to convert the fonts into
curves. For graphics, only use vector data – no Bitmap
images.
If your data can be processed without problems, we
can reduce the ancillary costs by up to 30%.
Are rush jobs possible?
We do not have a standard express service, since our
customers’ wishes are too individual and diverse for
this. However we’ve often made the impossible possible in the past. Feasible lead times depend on the
type of product and of course our production facilities’
availability.
Can I obtain original samples in advance?
You will be sent a design template after around 2
to 3 working days. We carry out the order for you on a
customer-specific basis, so there is no standardised
original sample available in advance. We would how-
ever be happy to produce a sample series for you in
advance for a good price.
How long are the lead times?
For first production, we need between 10 and 25
working days (depending on whether tools are
needed or not) after you have approved the draft
design. You will find the exact timing in your order
confirmation. For follow-on orders, the lead time is
usually between 8 and 15 days.
How is my order coming along?
Your personal contact in Oberhaching will be happy to
help you at any time. His name and contact details
(tel., fax, e-mail) are listed at the top of the letterhead
or in the signature of e-mails from RATHGEBER.
How are deliveries made?
RATHGEBER dispatches delivers from its factory via
DHL. Larger shipments are sent via haulage companies.
Changes to this are of course possible on request.
What is RATHGEBER doing for the environment?
RATHGEBER is the first climate-neutral company in the
industry. “Climate-neutral” is the term used to refer to
companies, processes or products whose greenhouse
gas emissions have been calculated and offset through
the purchase of emissions certificates. In other words,
the CO2 equilibrium of the atmosphere has not been
changed. With every purchase from the RATHGEBER
Group, you are supporting a climate protection project
like this, and you can obtain on request a certificate
regarding the volume of CO2 that has been compensated for you.
You can find out more about our climate protection
activities and the various CO2 compensation projects at
www.rathgeber.eu/klimaneutral.

numerous solutions for both advertising and technical labels. A
special self-adhesive system can
be used on virtually all surfaces.
