macro machines storage strip manual ____________________________________________________ Storage and Recall Module_________________________________ The Storage Strip allows for saving and recalling settings in supported modules. You can manually recall stored settings using the lower group of 4 buttons. There are 4 banks of 4 stored settings, 4x4=16 total settings. ____________________________________________________ /// 2014 macromachines.net macro machines storage strip manual ____________________________________________________ Sequencing Modes________________________________________ Any signal coming into the clock input will sequence through the settings in different patterns according to the currently selected mode. To select a sequencing mode press and hold (save / +) and (- / bank) buttons simultaneously. Then press one of the bottom 4 mode/bank select buttons. These correspond to Forward, Reverse, Pendulum, and Random modes. By default the Storage Strip sequences through 4 steps within the selected bank. In order to enter 16 step mode hold the following buttons simultaneously: (bank / -, and .) To return to 4 step mode press : (bank / -, and ). note: the leds will only show active settings within the currently selected bank. Zoom Buttons____________________________________________ Zoom In (+) also functions as a save button. Pressing (+ / save) along with one of the bottom 4 storage location buttons saves to that location. Zoom Out (-) also functions as a bank selection button. Pressing (- / bank) and then a setting button will change to that bank (1-4). Control data from the Storage Strip is sent along the CV rail of the busboard. Ensure all modules to be controlled by the Storage Strip are on the same busboard. A 2HP bus access utility module allowing chaining of the CV and Gate rails will be available soon. Warning: Do not install the Storage Strip on the same row as any Doepfer modules which are configured to send voltage to the CV/Gate bus. There are 2 male header pins labeled zoom, to allow compatibility with Mungo Enterprises 0 line of eurorack modules, use the provided female jumper cable to connect up to 2 Mungo modules directly to the Storage Strip.
