The animal handlers will pro vide a fun session with jungle challenges and of course you’ll ha ve the opportunity to get hand s on with some of the amazing cre atures. Afternoon Session It’s The Club’s annu al spooky Halloween Party! Feel free to come in fan cy dress and there will be face painting to help you become a cat , witch, ghost or spooky monst er of your choice. Party games inc lude bobbing apples, sleepi ng ghosts and pin the nose on the witch. Please state clearly your child’s name and the days required to enquiries@ ashtonhousenursery.co.uk and we will send you confirmation of the booking. Children booking in for a full-day session will be accepted at 8.00am and should be collected by 6.00pm. Morning sessions are 8.00am-1.00pm and afternoon sessions 1.00pm-6.00pm. Any swaps required are at the discretion of the manager, can only be swapped within the same week and are dependent on availability. For trips out please ensure that your child or children are signed in at The Club by 9.00am. The Club must be notified beforehand if a person other than the parent is collecting a child. This person must be over 18 years of age. Inclement Weather If an activity or outing cannot take place due to inclement weather, alternative activities will be provided. Fees Fees are payable monthly by the 14th of each month. Any extra sessions, early starts, late pick-ups etc. will be added to the monthly invoice and there will be no reduction for any part attended weeks. Late payment of fees will result in a £30 administration charge. Sibling Discount 10% will be deducted from the elder child’s fees for each sibling that attends The Club/Ashton House Nursery. Sickness Any child suffering from an infectious disease, doubtful rash, sore throat, discharge from the eyes or ears, conjunctivitis, severe thrush, sickness or diarrhoea must not attend The Club. Should a child become ill at The Club, parents will be expected to make arrangements for collecting the child as soon as possible. The Club must be informed if your child is to be absent, by telephone on the first day of their absence. Cancellation or Withdrawal Cancellation of Holiday Club bookings must be in writing, giving two weeks’ full notice. If at anytime the Nursery Manager feels that The Club is proving unsuitable for a child (or a child for The Club), she reserves the right to ask parents to remove the child. This right also applies if there is any breach of these conditions. Clothing All clothing should be marked with the child’s name. The Club accepts no responsibility for lost clothing. Parking People using the car park do so entirely at their own risk.
