Inclement Weather
If an activity or outing cannot take place due to inclement

Fees
Fees are payable monthly by the 14th of each month. Any extra
sessions, early starts, late pick-ups etc. will be added to the monthly

10% will be deducted from the elder child’s fees for each sibling
that attends The Club/Ashton House Nursery.
Sickness
Any child suffering from an infectious disease, doubtful rash,
sore throat, discharge from the eyes or ears, conjunctivitis, severe
thrush, sickness or diarrhoea must not attend The Club. Should

arrangements for collecting the child as soon as possible. The Club
must be informed if your child is to be absent, by telephone on the
first day of their absence.
Cancellation or Withdrawal
Cancellation of Holiday Club bookings must be in writing, giving
two weeks’ full notice. If at anytime the Nursery Manager feels that
The Club is proving unsuitable for a child (or a child for The Club),
she reserves the right to ask parents to remove the child. This right
also applies if there is any breach of these conditions.
Clothing
All clothing should be marked with the child’s name.
The Club accepts no responsibility for lost clothing.
Parking
People using the car park do so entirely at their own risk.
The Club accepts no responsibility for injury,
