Plus it is only a 15-20 minute walk to Kings Colleges and all of the sights that the center of Hollywood offers, including the Walk of Fame, the historic Capitol Records Tower and movie theaters such as the Egyptian and the Mann Chinese. Desk Wardrobe Internet access WiFi Students may arrive only between the hours of 4 pm and 10 pm. Earlier check-in may be possible if a room becomes available sooner. Checkout and departure is by or before 10am. During check-in, students will be given a tour of their residence and be provided with a username and password that gives them access to the internet for any and all devices. Students are asked to read the Residence Handbooks that are in every room. This handbook will have details about the student’s first day at Kings Colleges, as well as information about their residence, Residence Team, and emergency contacts. Housing deposit procedures In lieu of a $200 cash deposit, students are required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date on their first day at school. Any in-room damages or missing items incurred during student’s stay will be charged. Post-departure charges will occur only if student has outstanding fees or failed to return in-room items before checking out.
