Thanksgiving is here once again. The days and nights are cooler and fall colors are
appearing all around us. What a wonderful time of year to enjoy valley life! Even
though Thanksgiving is special, we have every day to express our thanks to
God…for His goodness…for His faithfulness…and for His grace. Why not make a
list of things for which you are thankful. No doubt that list will be significant! And
while you are in a thankful spot, why not look around and ask God to help you see a
need in someone else’s life…and kindly try to address it?
Perhaps you can provide encouragement, or buy a bag of
groceries or even stop by for a visit to a shut-in. May your
thankfulness to God spill over into the lives of others. Happy
Thanksgiving from all of our pastoral team.
