17-0-025 苯丙胺类毒品毛细管电泳在线富集方法研究 孟品佳 * 中国人民公安大学刑科技系,100038,北京 E-mail: mengpinjia@163.com 本文在毛细管胶束电泳方法的基础上,应用一种新的样品在线富集进样技术,对苯丙胺类毒品 进行了高灵敏度分析。采用阳离子选择性耗尽进样技术(cation-selective exhaustive injection ,CSEI ) 建立了苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺和 3,4-亚甲基二氧甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)等毒品的最佳分析条件。 关键词:阳离子选择性耗尽进样;胶束扫集;毒品;苯丙胺;甲基苯丙胺;MDMA。 参考文献: [1] Quirino, J. Study of On-line Sample Concentration in Capillary Electrophoresis for Amphetamines * Pinjia Meng China People’s Public Security University,100038, Bejing An on-line sample concentration method, named cation-selective exhaustive injection (CSEI), is developed for the high-sensitivity analysis of illicit amphetamines using capillary electrophoresis. Optimum conditions for the determination of amphetamine, methamphetamine and methylenedioxymethamphetamine were investigated. Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) 20 mM in 100 mM phosphate buffer (pH 2.9) with 20% methanol as organic additive was used as the background electrolyte for this method.
