September 22: EDINBURGH ARRIVAL & STIRLING CASTLE
Land in Edinburgh and after you disembark, pass through customs and
immigration checks at the airport. Your Tour Guide will meet you and welcome
you to Scotland. Then drive to the historic town of Stirling where you will visit
Stirling Castle. Captured from the English in 1297 by William Wallace and
again in 1314 by Robert the Bruce, Stirling Castle has been featured largely
throughout Scottish history. At one time it was a royal residence and Mary,
Queen of Scots, spent some years here. After your visit, drive to your hotel and
check-in. The balance of the afternoon and evening are free for sightseeing,
shopping, relaxing and independent dining. !

September 23: EDINBURGH HIGHLIGHTS
After breakfast, set off on a tour of Scotland's capital city. Start your sightseeing
with a drive through the heart of the city along Princes Street, famous for its
shops on one side and gardens on the other. See the 18th century New Town
with its broad streets, spacious squares and elegant town houses. Then drive
along the Royal Mile and view the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the official Scottish
residence of Her Majesty The Queen. Next visit the imposing Edinburgh Castle,
perched high above the city on volcanic rock. Continue your sightseeing into
Leith and tour the Royal Yacht Britannia, floating home of The Queen on many
of her travels around the world. Return to your hotel and enjoy some free time
for independent dining. Tonight, enjoy a walking ghost tour of Edinburgh, the
best way to explore the Old Town of Edinburgh! Hidden courtyards and
gardens are explored and their stories dramatically revealed to bring
Edinburgh's glorious past to life. (B)

September 24: ST. ANDREWS HIGHLIGHTS & INVERNESS Leaving Edinburgh, drive north across the Firth of Forth and through St.
Andrews where golf originated. Enjoy a panoramic tour and view St. Andrews
Castle, which was founded in 1200 as a fortress and home of the Bishop of St.
Andrews and St. Andrews Cathedral, which was founded in 1160 and then
consecrated in 1318. Then depart St. Andrews and drive north to Aviemore.
Meet a local farmer for a taste of farm life with a sheepdog demonstration of
herding flocks. Next continue your drive north to Inverness, stopping at a
whiskey distillery. Learn about how the drink is made and enjoy a sample. Then
travel a short distance to your hotel in Inverness and check-in for your
overnight stay and dinner. (B,D)

September 25: ISLE OF SKYE & CLAN DONALD CENTRE
Depart Inverness this morning and drive alongside Loch Ness and through wild
Highland scenery, pausing for photos at the picturesque Eilean Donan Castle
and cross to the Isle of Skye by bridge. Drive through part of the island and visit
the Clan Donald Centre at Armadale Castle to discover the history of the
powerful Lords of the Isles. Return to the mainland by ferry and take the “Road
to the Isles” through some lovely scenery. Continue to Ballachulish and upon
arrival, check into your hotel. Take some time to relax or freshen up before
joining your group for dinner. (B,D)

September 26: ROBERTS BURNS MUSEUM & BELFAST
This morning enjoy final views of the magnificent Highlands as you drive south
through Glen Coe and alongside the lovely shores of Loch Lomond. Stop in
Alloway to visit the Robert Burns Museum. The museum houses the world's
most important collection of Burns' original works and personal belongings, in a
bright and impressive surrounding. Travel along the coast to Cairnryan for a
short ferry ride to Belfast. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the
balance of the afternoon at leisure for individual pursuits. In the evening, join
your fellow travelers for dinner in the hotel restaurant. (B,D)
September 21-October 1, 2015
September 27: ST PATICK CENTER & BELFAST SIGHTSEEING
A full day of sightseeing begins with a drive south to Downpatrick. Visit the
Saint Patrick Centre and learn about Ireland’s Patron Saint and the importance
of monastic life in the early Christian period. See his reputed burial place,
marked by a granite boulder at Down Cathedral. Return to Belfast and embark
on a sightseeing tour around the city, including the University area. In the city
center, see the Albert Memorial and the ornate Victorian buildings of the Opera
House and the Crown Liquor Saloon. In Donegall Square, view the imposing
City Hall, completed in 1906. The richly decorated interior contains stained
glass portraying Belfast's principal industries. Then in the Titanic Quarter, visit
the Titanic Belfast. Embark on a journey through the life of the Titanic, from
her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and
launch, to her famous maiden voyage and tragic end. Through state-of-the-art
technology, the exhibitions nine interactive galleries take you back to the sights,
sounds and stories of Titanic as well as the City and people which made her.
The exhibition also explores the discovery of the wreck and has live links to
current marine expeditions. Tonight, dine with your group at the hotel. (B,D)

September 28: GIANT'S CAUSEWAY & DERRY WALKING TOUR
Depart Belfast and drive north to experience one of Ireland's popular scenic
routes along the coast road. Here you'll see the "Nine Glens of Antrim" which
offer wonderful views of mountains, valleys and coastline. Stop to view the
Giant's Causeway, an impressive area of hexagonal columns formed over 60
million years ago by cooling lava which has given rise to many legends.
Continue along the coast to Derry and enjoy a walking tour to see the principal
sights. View the 17th century city walls, which are some of the best preserved
in Europe, and the Diamond, the main central square. Also pass the 17th
century St. Columb's Cathedral, the Tower Museum with local history displays,
and the Guildhall where the history of Derry is depicted in stained-glass
windows. After your tour, check into your hotel and freshen up before dinner
in the hotel restaurant. (B,D)

September 29: GLENVEAGH PARK & CASTLE
Depart Derry after breakfast. Motor to Glenveagh National Park to see high
walls and conifers that provide shelter for an amazing collection of exotic
plants, trees and flowers gathered from all over the world. Also visit the Castle,
a Scottish-style baronial mansion, which contains fine antique-filled rooms.
Continue south into Sligo and at Drumcliffe Visitor Centre, see the grave of
one of Ireland’s most influential poets, W.B. Yeats. Then drive into Ballyfarnon
and check into your castle hotel for dinner and your overnight stay. (B,D)

September 30: ULSTER AMERICAN FOLK PARK & LEISURE TIME
This morning, travel northeast towards Omagh to visit the Ulster American
Folk Park. See many cottages including the boyhood home of the industrialist,
Thomas Mellon, who emigrated to Pittsburgh in 1818. Trace the story of
emigration from the 1720s with Ulster settlers who headed for the
Appalachians in Colonial times. The Park recreates the emigrant experience
traveling from the “old world” by ship to emerge in the “new world.” After your
visit, return to Ballyfarnon where you will have the balance of the day at
leisure. You might be interested in the Spa which is dedicated to offering the
ultimate in luxury treatments. Total relaxation at the castle, in the spa and
perhaps taking in a leisurely walk around the magnificent estate is about as
much as any guest could want. In the evening, join your group for dinner in the

October 1: RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES
All too soon your vacation in Ireland has come to the end. Transfer to Dublin
Airport in plenty of time to check in for your flight, clear security and claim
your VAT refund. You may do some last-minute shopping at the duty-free
stores before boarding your aircraft and flying west across the Atlantic Ocean
back to the United States. (B)

schedule as the sightseeing will start directly
from the Edinburgh airport. Please keep in mind,
the return flight is out of Dublin on October 1.
Doing your own ticketing can have advantages if
you have frequent flyer miles, want to upgrade
your seats, want to have greater control over seat
selection or want to fly Business Class. All group
ticketing is coach class. Often you can find lower
airfare compared to the group airfare price. Note: Operation and pricing of this tour is based upon a

General Information
Deposit and Final Payment A deposit of $500 per person must accompany all reservations for
the tour. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Make all
checks payable to Magi Travel. Upon receipt of your deposit we
will mail you a confirmation letter, another brochure, and an
optional tour insurance brochure. Passport and Visas Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the return date of
your trip. No Visas are required.
Airline Seating Requests and Special Meals
Any special airline seating (aisle/window) or airline meal requests
must be made in writing 90 days prior to departure. We cannot
guarantee all seat requests.
Baggage Each tour participant is allowed one suitcase per person weighing
no more than 50 pounds. In addition each person may bring one
carry-on bag and a personal item. Airline imposed baggage fees may
apply and are not included in the tour price. Items Not Included Possible airline baggage fees and all items of personal nature are not
included. Drinks are not included with provided meals. Single supplement There are a few private single rooms available. The cost of the
single supplement is $1,000. Tour Cancellation Policy Within 90 days of departure there is no refund. We highly
encourage trip insurance. A brochure will be mailed to you upon
signing up for the tour.
Tour Price The tour price is based on existing airfare tariffs & currency
exchanges as of August 2014, and are expected to be in effect at the
time of the tour. If they should be increased the price of the tour
will change accordingly.

services pursuant to or in connection with this itinerary shall
not be responsible or become liable for any delay incurred by
any person in connection with any means of transportation;
nor for loss, damage or injury to person or property by reason
