Page 1 of 2 ITS WorkITSRequest & Triage Process - Cheat Sheet 2014 Steps to Completing an ITS work Request: Step 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Description Go to https://www.rit.edu/its/requests Select Work Request Type Log in with RIT Username and Password NOTE: Your account name is identified on the page and is used as the contact for the process and ultimately the footprint ticket generated. Complete the fields in the Work Request NOTE: Fields with a * are required fields. Click Submit Request. User will receive an email confirmation of the submitted request. Behind the scenes, the Work Request will be automatically triaged to the Initial Recipient (team responsible for completing the work). A Footprints Ticket will be generated and assigned to the Initial Recipient. Users will have the ability to provide feedback after each submission.
