Renault Nordic is now looking for a Warranty & Customer Relations
Manager
Job Purpose
The Warranty & Customer Relations Manager is responsible of developing and managing,
within budget, the inbound and outbound customer contact center with the target of
maximizing and improving customer satisfaction and retention. The Warranty and Customer
Relations Manager will manage the Warranty Department with the overall objective of
ensuring fair reimbursement to the Dealer Network, whilst maintaining expenditure within
budget objectives and by defined processes.

Customer relations responsibilities







Manage external agencies to provide the requirements for inbound and outbound
activity.
The anticipation and efficient treatment of customer contacts and their translation
into business opportunities.
Ensure data capture is of the highest quality.
Follow-up on all unsatisfied customers identified via customer surveys.
Ensure the ‘Voice of the Customer’ is heard within the business and that the
resulting initiatives are correctly applied.
Ensure the production of accurate performance reports.
To work closely with the Direction Client team in Paris to develop and implement
new platforms, systems and strategies that will achieve ROI.
Warranty responsibilities




Manage and develop the Warranty Support Team so that the appropriate support
and training is given to the Network, to result in correct application of processes on
a daily basis.
Manage the audit program, and ensure that any financial irregularities found are
recovered.
Liaise closely with Technical Department to ensure that the correct repair methods
are followed by the Network to reduce Warranty expenses.
Develop on an ongoing basis, programs to effectively animate the Network in terms
of its Warranty expenditure and indicators.
Qualifications





Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Experience from working with Dealer Network After Sales Management is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and analysis oriented with excellent project management skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English. Danish and/or French skills are distinctive advantages.
