DESCRIPTION: The car wash is on a 75’ X 130’ lot and the Ragland building is
48’ X 36’. The concrete is 6” thick and the car wash, entrance and exit ramps are
heated by hot water ﬂoor loops that are zoned separately. The hot water and ﬂoor
heat are supplied by separate gas boilers. There is a single exterior vacuum near
the exit of the bays. Built in 2000, this building and equipment have been well
maintained.
