Host chapters CSI Chicago and CSI Northern Illinois cordially invite your company to participate as a partner or
sponsor at the North Central and Great Lakes Bi-Region Conference May 7-9, 2015 in beautiful downtown
Chicago.
Our theme, "…no little plans” echoes the words of legendary Chicago architect Daniel Burnham, who had the
vision of planning the city in a park and opening Chicago’s lakefront to all for the betterment of the community.
We borrow his grand sweeping approach as we make “no little plans” for CSI – bringing leaders together from
over 30 diverse CSI chapters to foster and implement grand visions to improve our own community and the
industry it serves.
Our goal is to train leaders of CSI, as well as share information about trends, technology and products to members
of both regions and design & construction industry members in our vast, architecturally significant surroundings.
We hope you will be there to showcase the products that position your company as a technology leader.

Definition of Tabletop Space

Tabletops are 6 ft wide x 30 inches deep set in an 8 ft wide x 4 ft deep dedicated space, and come with two chairs. If
table or chairs are not needed, please notify organizers so they do not have to be moved the day of the event
Prime spaces located on the map are first come, first served based on partnership level and registration date
Conference Organizer reserves the right to modify the floor plan and reassign space where necessary to facilitate a
successful traffic flow in the best interests of the show
Conference Organizer reserves the right to restrict exhibits that may be objectionable or infringe on other exhibitors.
Exhibits may not exceed the footprint of the space and extend into the aisle space. No exhibit may be over 6’ in the
front half of the booth. Easels, signs, etc. may not be placed beyond the booth area. Exhibitors may not attach
posters or other items to walls, ceilings, columns or any other part of the facility
Only one company per table/partnership. No subleasing or sharing space. Partnership promotion is under one
company name/logo
Advertising, literature, soliciting, or anything of a similar nature is not allowed by any person or company not
defined as a partner or exhibitor
Please remove all items for future reuse & recycling at the end of the exhibit hours

Parking in hotel garage at rate of $45 per day with in and out privileges
Electric and other services can be contracted directly through the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. Complimentary WIFI
provided throughout facility

Exhibitors may purchase additional education passes. Lunches, dinners and other events beyond what is
complimentary in the partnership package.

BI REGION CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR/PARTNERSHIP INFORMATION Shipping/Handling of Exhibit Materials Holiday Inn Mart Plaza will accept exhibitor shipments. Additional information will be sent prior to the conference. Liability It is agreed that Exhibitors shall indemnify and save harmless Chicago & Northern IL chapters from all liability that might ensue from any cause whatsoever. Conference Organizers and Holiday Inn will not guarantee Exhibitors against loss of any kind. Reasonable care should be exercised to protect all exhibits. Exhibitors are urged to take out a portal to portal rider available at a nominal cost on their own insurance policies, protecting them against loss through theft, fire damage, etc. The Exhibitor is responsible for damage to property or items left unattended Cancellation Policy All CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING and submitted by e‐mail to Chicagocsi@aol.com or dewain.peterson@assaabloy.com. Cancellations received before January 31, 2014 will receive a full refund less $50. Cancellations from February 1, 2015 to April 15, 2015 will be refunded 50% of cost.
