The first letter of the code is the meeting: I = FOM/IT. The second letter of the code indicates the day of the
week: Tu = Tuesday, and W = Wednesday. The third letter in the code indicates the location with each letter A–E
representing a different meeting room. The number at the end of the code signals whether it is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or
4th time slot of each day.
