Maximum number of characters to be used is Seven (7). 2. A delayed flight may necessitate a suffix being appended to the original flight number. Airline operators should take into consideration of the limitation in the number of characters in this field. 3. Aircraft Identification used in this form must be exactly the same as Flight No./Call Sign used in Flight Application submitted via Electronic Filing System. There should not be any hyphen, extra zero or space. 10 Refer to AIP Hong Kong ENR1.10 para 10, 11 and 12 for special requirements applicable to the flight planned routes. 15 1. For the route segments in Hong Kong FIR, enter only levels prescribed in FLAS (Flight Level Assignment Scheme) in AIP Hong Kong ENR1.8 paragraph 8. 2. For the route segments in Hong Kong FIR, the syntax of Flight Planned Routes shall be in accordance with that prescribed in AIP Hong Kong ENR1.10 paragraph 5.2. The relevant chart is available in AIP Hong Kong AD2-85 Area Chart – Departure Route. 18 1. Only use indicators prescribed in DOC4444 Appendix 2 and adhere to the correct sequence. 2. In addition to 1, ‘ADD/’ shall be inserted as the last indicator in this field and followed by appropriate Addressees. 3. In case the space in item 18 on page 1 is insufficient, operators should continue in the additional space provided on page 2. The completed form shall be submitted to Hong Kong Aeronautical Information Centre either by FAX to +852 2910 1180 or by hand to the following location: 1/F Air Traffic Control Complex, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong.
