Please be Honest and nominate in the correct group which applies to you. The organizer reserves the right to change riders who have nominated in the
incorrect group.
RAW BEGINNER: Riders that need to be led. Riders must be led by a responsible person aged 13yrs and over.
Handler must lead from the horses shoulder, NOT in front of the horses head.
BEGINNER: Persons who can just manage to ride unassisted, even if somewhat out of control. DO NOT CANTER
CAPABLE: Persons who can handle their horse in all gaits, demonstrating control most times.
CONFIDENT: Confident rider, who does not compete on a regular basis, at any equestrian/sporting event & who has
never won/placed overall at these events.
OPEN: Confident riders/horses that compete on a regular basis and have placed overall at any equestrian/sporting
event.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:








PCAQ Rules apply to events & gear. Helmets ASA3838 or better, Surcingle must be used with Stock Saddles. * No Helmet, No Boots, - No Ride *
All riders compete at their own risk, any rider not current 2014 PCAQ membership is required to sign indemnity form.
Horse Health Declaration required.
In the event of a tie, a count back will be made to determine the winner.
The judge’s decisions are final. All protests to be lodged with a fee of $50.00 within 30 minutes of event.
No Stallions or Rigs will be permitted on the grounds for any reason.
No Alcohol / Smoking to restricted areas
Bad Language, excessive striking of horse, abuse or disrespect to the judges or organizers will result in disqualification from the event and / or the day if considered
appropriate by the judge / organizer.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event, to divide any class, to alter the advertised time, to refuse any entry,
with or without stating the reason, to transfer competitors between sections of a class, to combine classes if less than 3 competitors
