*CONSENT* -
Personal Boundries must be
respected at all times. NO means NO. Only Yes
means Yes, and be sure that you ASK PERMISSION.
When in doubt, ASK. Consent is direct AND sexy!
Always share STD information BEFORE sex!
Photography & Video - Both fall
into the same Consent category. Permission must
be given to take pictures of participants, especially if
nude and/or performing. Always ASK.
Never Steal Art! -
Always ASK before
touching camp Art or Decorations. Stealing private
property is never a “joke” and always back-fires.
Theme Camps - Registration has begun!
Theme camps are the best way for participants to enhance their experience and meet other camps. Design
your ideal chill space and submit the details to the
FZB Placement lead (rltvty@fzbtx.com)
FZB City Planning will organize all of the theme

EFFIGY -
The Burn will always carry many
meanings. In a way our Effigy represents ourselves
and the cyclical destruction and re-creation represents
our ability to re-create and not attach to this creation.
On the surface it is burning Art yet it taps into tribal
traditions that we all share. What does it mean to you?
Cooperate with all Effigy Perimeter crew to keep the
area Effigy clear and safe before the Burn.
Burnable Art - Contact the Fire Team with
any questions about how or when to burn your Art.
All Burnable Art needs to be scheduled.
Camp Fires - Fires are allowed in the fire
pits ONLY! There are plenty of fire pits and this helps
to bring the community together around the fire.
Try camp fire hopping between theme camps. Use
5-gallon water buckets for each camp fire for safety.
NEVER FALL ASLEEP NEXT TO A FIRE!
NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED!
Contact Rangers or Fire Team if you need any
assistance or have questions. They are here to help!
Early arrivers will have access to some of the chopped
wood and deadfall from the woods and this may be
used for firewood. DO NOT CUT THE TREES!
Sacred Spaces - Respect the forest and all
life in it. Spirit Haven Woods has many sacred spaces
marked on the map. These groves are dedicated to
Pagan dieties and contain altars. Do not disturb these
spaces. Enjoy exploring them as a nice get away from
the event.
Sound - Official max level is 88dB measured
50ft from the sound system. Sound Marshals have the
authority to unplug offending sound systems.
Children -
All minors must be in attendance
with a legal guardian and must have filled out a minor
affidavit. http://fzbtx.com/minor-affidavit
