THE RACE AT THE 36 THREE HEARTS MARATHON:
Nordic walking race
REGISTRATION:
Online registrations are accepted until thursday 5 May 2016 at the website www.maratonradenci.si. You can also register at the Tourist Information Office in Radenci or the office of
the Sports Society Radenci - Boračeva 37, Radenci. You can also register for all the runs on
the day of the event. The registration is valid from the date of the payment of the
registration fee!
REGISTRATION FEE:
The price of the registration fee includes a chip for single use. If a participant has his own
chip, he does not need to pay for it (3 €). The registration fee can be paid to the Bank
account: 02341 001 1912 031. In doing so, follow the instructions that you will get at the
online registration.

REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES:
A refund of the registration fee is possible until the 5 May 2016, but administrative costs in
the amount of 7 € will be charged. After the event, registration fees will not be refunded due
to non-participation. A refund after the event is only possible with a medical certificate. In
addition to this, administrative costs in the amount of 10 € will be charged.

The competition categories are broken down according to gender and age,
A: men and women up to 40 years old (born in 1975 and younger)
A: men and women from 40 to 50 years old (born in 1965 till including 1974)
C: men and women from 50 to 60 years old (born in 1955 till including 1964)
D: men and women over 60 years old (born in 1954 and older)
Competition Rules

The Nordic Walking race is carried out in the basic two stroke diagonal step;
The competitor must use sticks for Nordic walking and running;
The competitor on the racing track may not run with the sticks or carry the sticks
without actively using them. It is considered that the competitor is running, if one
foot is not on the ground at all times - in every step;
A slower competitor must make space for the faster competitor, should he demand
it. He must move to the right and not hinder or keep back the faster competitor; a
competitive group also may not close the track across its width. Movement of a
group can only be pursuant - in a line;
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Each competitor competes at his own risk. Underage children compete at the responsibility
of a parent or a guardian. A duty medical team will be positioned along the track and at the
finish.

The award ceremony will be carried out for the absolute male and female category

The match also counts for the Dnevnik - Nika 2016 cup. We inform all clubs and societies
that the tender for the "Dnevnik - NIKA 2016 cup" is published on the website
www.dnevnik.si .
The race also counts for the international cup Europecup Germany | Slovenia | Poland.

COURSE LINE
The competition will be held according to the rules of SZ ZUTS Slovenia. The Information
Service, which will give all instructions in relation to the competition, will operate in the
office of the Radenci Sports Society, Boračeva 37, 9252 Radenci, phone: +00386 2 520 37 07
and +386 (0)41 811 708.
Official results will be published on the website: http://www.maraton-radenci.si. The Appeal
Committee will accept written complaints submitted with a deposit of 50 EUR on the day of
of the event in the "Info tent" at the main scene of the 36 Three Hearts Marathon.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify a competitor if the Nordic walking hiker
violates the rules of AZS SZ ZUTS Slovenia, if the hiker does not wear a race number in
accordance with the rules of the organizer, if he wears it in a way that it is not entirely visible
(the number and the sponsors of the 36 Three Hearts Marathon) or if a hiker crosses a
different distance than the one he/she registered for when accepting the race number.
Competitors compete at their own risk! The collected data, generated by registrations, will
be processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1). The
Sports Society Radenci, who is the organizer of Three Hearts Marathon, will use your
information for the purpose of informing about news and events (e-newsletter). By
registering, you agree to the receipt of 2 to 4 notifications per month. You can unsubscribe
from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the received enews. By registering for the 36 Three Hearts Marathon, each competitor gives his consent
for the publication of their photos, name and surname in different media in the context of
the Three Hearts Marathon. The organizer reserves the right to change this tender.
