If you want, you can exchange the total package you have

package through self-service at no extra charge.
The new package then replaces the old one, and the
monthly charge for the total package changes. The

Sonera Spotify Premium is a music service for
Sonera’s customers. The service allows you to
listen to music and save it on your computer and
phone legally.The ever expanding music library
comprises over 20 million tracks of music, and
the user can listen to them without restrictions,
uninterrupted by adverts, at high sound quality
and even when he/she is off-line. The service is
used with a Spotify Premium player installed on
the mobile phone and/or computer. The service
costs €9.95/mth. The usage charge is charged
on the mobile phone invoice as per invoicing

International calls
When you call abroad, the call rate consists of a
mobile call charge (mcc) based on the type of
subscription and of the international call charge of
the operator selected by the customer. The mcc is
the same as the charge for calls placed from the
subscription to the fixed network in Finland. Video
calls made abroad are subject to an international
call charge of the operator selected and to a video
call charge, which is determined based on the subscription type. For further information on Sonera
990 and 990 Express International Calls, please
see www.sonera.fi/990hinnat
When making an international call, you may select
the service provider of your choice by selecting the
international telecommunications operator prefix
of your choice. If you dial the international prefix
‘00’ or ‘+’ (on a mobile phone) without the operator
prefix, your calls will be automatically routed to the
990 network.
The Sonera Exact packages also include Internet
use and calls and messages in Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, when you
make a call or send a message to these countries
or to Finland and when you receive a call in these
countries2. Other use abroad is charged for according to the “Calls and SMSs Abroad” and “Data
Transmission Abroad” price-lists.
Sonera Exact now also includes normal-rate calls
and messages from Finland to Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (not to service numbers or premium-rate numbers). Please
note that the Exact pricing applies to these countries
only when the call is dialled with the prefix:
+, 00, 990 or 99590.
Mobile phone abroad
Services used abroad are invoiced for according
to the roaming price-list valid at any given time.

matkalla. In this price-list, you can find the prices
of calls and supplementary services abroad, valid
as from January 1, 2015.
The use of a mobile subscription abroad is charged
for according to the service and the visited country.
Calls placed and received abroad are divided
into four different price categories, each with a
standard price. Data transmission, i.e. use of web
services abroad, is charged for according to a daily
rate in Europe, Turkey, Thailand and Russia, and
according to usage in other countries. You can find
the prices for messages on the following page.

In price categories 1 and 2, the minimum charge for
calls to Finland, to the country of stay or to other countries in price categories 1 or 2 is the charge for 30 seconds. After this, a per-second charge applies. In price

of price categories 1 and 2 and €2.00/MB in the countries of price category 3, and it is charged for in blocks
of 1 KB until you reach the per-day charge during the
24-hour period (from 0 am to 24 pm Finnish time). In
price categories 1 and 2, the daily usage is limited to
50 MB; in price category 3, the pay-day charge and
the daily usage included in it are determined by the
domestic data transmission service included in the
subscription.
An extra package can be ordered for usage exceeding
the per-day limit. The full price of the extra package is
charged when the order is placed. Extra packages are
valid until midnight (Finnish time) on the day of order.
In the Sonera Exact packages, data transmission in
TeliaSonera’s networks is included in the domestic surf
package. In Sonera Exact and Sonera Basic subscriptions, the daily surf volume is 50 Mbit/s in countries of
price categories 1 and 2 and 20 Mbit/s in countries of
price category 3 according to the table.
Data transmission in Russia is priced according to price
category 2.

In countries in price category 4, data transmission is
charged for in blocks of 50 KB, and the price is €0.61
/ 50 KB.
Data transmission in Control subscriptions
In Control subscriptions, data transmission in countries
in price categories 1 and 2 costs €0.2480/MB, and it
is charged for in blocks of 1 KB. Data transmission in
Russia, Turkey and Thailand costs €0.14 / 50 KB. Data
transmission in countries in price category 4 costs
€0.61 / 50 KB.
Sending multimedia messages when abroad costs
€0.40/message as well as the data transmission charge applied to the price category. Receiving multimedia
messages abroad is subject to the data transmission
charge applied to the price category.
Video calls made abroad are subject to the call price
applied to the price category in question + the additional video call charge of €1.26/min. Video calls received
in a foreign country are subject to the call reception
charge applied to the price category + the additional
video call charge of €0.26/min. The additional video
call charge is based on per-second charging.

Concluding a payment agreement by contacting

Penalty interest is charged on late payments as of the
invoice due date. The annual penal interest according
to the Interest Act is the valid reference rate set by the
Bank of Finland plus 7 percent. The invoicing period
is one month. A new invoicing period commences
monthly and always on the same date (for example
starts on the 8th day of every month and ends on the
7th month of the following month). The first invoicing period may be longer or shorter. The monthly
charge will not be charged for the month in which the
subscription was activated, with the exception of the
monthly charges of voice and SMS packages. If a
customer does not use all the calls and/or messages
included in the monthly charge for his/her subscription/package, the unused minutes/messages
will not be refunded to the customer. If a customer
relationship lasts less than one month, a full monthly
charge will be collected. No invoice is sent during
the invoicing month, if the total of a paper invoice is
less than €20 or the total of an electronic invoice is
less than €10. With business customers, the invoicing
limit is €50. In such cases, the amount is carried over
to the next month’s invoice. Customers with Sonera
Exact receive an invoice for each invoicing month,
regardless of the invoice total. Charges for calls made
in Finland: per-minute charge according to the mobile
subscription type for each minute or part of minute.
The pricing applies to the Sonera Basic subscription
and the Sonera Exact subscription in the case of calls
not included in the package. In the call packages of
the Exact subscription, domestic calls are deducted from the selected total number of minutes on a
per-second basis.

1) The per-minute price of calls exceeding the package does not
apple to calls to premium-rate service numbers or company
numbers or to international calls or calls made abroad.
8) For customers who only get an electronic invoice, the regular
call itemization (if applicable) is also available electronically in
the Omat Sivut portal.
2) By selecting a suitable package entity to your Exact subscription, you can use your phone abroad without worry: the Call,
Message and Surf package automatically includes usage in
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania,
when you call or send messages to any of these countries or
to Finland and when you receive calls in these countries. In the
above countries, the subscription operates only in TeliaSonera’s
networks.
9) In this price list, Sonera Mobile Subscriptions are considered
to include the subscriptions listed in this price list as well as any
Sonera Mobile Subscriptions that have been taken off the market, as well as Sonera Easy subscriptions and Sonera Business
Subscriptions.
The pricing of a domestic Call, Message and Surf package
is applied abroad on the conditions specified in the service
description of the Exact subscription. With the packages of the
Exact subscription, you can also make calls and video calls and
send SMSs and MMSs to the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) at the
price of your domestic total package. Calls are included in the
package, if they are made using one of the following international prefixes: +, 00, 990 or 99590. The pricing is applied only
to standard-rate international prefixes, not to service numbers
or other premium-rate numbers.
3) A data transmission connection is charged for whenever network capacity is reserved for a data transmission connection.
Sonera is not liable for the service provider’s system or its availability at a certain time. Sonera is not responsible if messages
are not sent or received by the recipient or cannot otherwise be
used for reasons attributable to the users’ terminal equipment
or its features. Sonera is not responsible for any files or parts of
files that are lost, not received or received corrupted on account
of a lost data connection.
4) The set-up charge for a data call is €0.11/call, and it is charged
when the calls has lasted 30 seconds.
5) The maximum length of one SMS is 160 characters. Some
terminal devices allow you to write and send text messages
of more than 160 characters. In these cases, the message
transmitted over the mobile network is split into messages of up
to 160 characters, and each of these messages is subject to a
standard text message transmission charge.
6) When using the service on mobile browser, the data transfer
charge for the data transfer service of the subscription applies.
7) The SMS package of Sonera Exact contains standard-rate
domestic text messages sent from mobile to mobile.

13 )When calls are made from the fixed network, the local network

Sonera Voice Agreement or Sonera Company Voice Agreement, calls to mobile subscriptions are charged for according
to the price-list of the Voice or Company Voice Agreement. The
price-lists are available on the Internet at www.sonera.fi. For
fixed-to-mobile calls placed with the prefix 90101, see page 18
of this price-list. For the prices of other service providers, see

14) Details predating 4 months are charged based on actual
costs.
15) The invoice data are sent automatically to the mobile phone
