POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Executive Asssistant will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to the Country Director and Program Managers of Akola Project. Responsibilities will include a range of administrative support to ensure that the office of the Country Director operates in an efficient manner; referring and prioritizing requests from staff to the Country Director and vise versa, maintaining files, assisting with donor reports, upkeep and management of organizational assets and assiting with program planning and implementation. They will also manage all bookkeeping and will help to provide professional development to national staff members.
