Log on to your driver information via http://www.karting.net.au/ II. Click on the licence and entries icon (top centre of the screen) III. Click on the “Enter a race meeting” icon IV. Enter your log on details. V. Under ‘My Details’ functions, choose ‘Pre Enter Race Meeting’. VI. Then choose NSW and finally ‘Combined District Kart Club”. Refund Policy If you are unable able to attend the race meeting we ask that you contact the Race Secretary prior to 7:00am on the date you are entered. Your entry can then be deleted from CM:S and a refund or credit can be arranged. 8. Minimum Entries The minimum number of entries per class shall be five (5). If insufficient entries are received for a class, classes may be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the Organiser. 9. Format of Racing Carby/Timed Qualifying - 2 laps of Carby & 6 minutes Time Qualifying. Timed qualifying will determine the grid positions for all heats e.g. fastest qualifying to grid position 1 second fastest qualifying to grid position 2 and so on until all grid positions are filled. Accumulated points from the heats will determine the grid positions for the Pre Final. Finishing positions from the Pre Final will determine grid positions for the Final. Prizes Junior Classes 1st to 5th Senior Classes 1st to 3rd 12. Mechanical Breakdown Lane A mechanical breakdown lane will be in use except during timed qualifying as per rule 17.10. 13. Signed: Donna Foster Date:24/10/2014 14. Camping and Accommodation Camping is available to competitors at Lithgow City Raceway. The camping area is located along the top straight of the circuit. Should you require assistance please direct your enquiry to the race secretaries office. Some powered sites are available. Please note this area is for personal camping only. Race competition ‘pitting’ of karts is not permitted. For alternatively accommodation including Motels, B&B, Caravan Parks and Hotels please contact tourism@lithgow.com.au General Information Unlicensed motor vehicles are not permitted on the premises. Motorised scooters, scooters, mini bikes, roller blades, skateboards and tricycles are not permitted to be ridden whilst the race meeting is being conducted. Confiscation of these vehicles is at the discretion of the Chief Steward. Dogs (with the exception of Guide Dogs) are not permitted in the clubhouse. All dogs must be kept on a leash and under supervision at all times.
