A few things you need to know……..
Upline Contact Details
Make sure you have the contact details of your sponsor, District Manager, Area Manager & Regional Vice
President.
Arbonne Month
The Arbonne month runs from the 1st of the month to the last day of each month. Its is a good idea to treat
the 15th of the month like the last day to avoid a rush at the end.
Consultant Maintenance
To remain a consultant, you must accumulate 1200 PQV across a 12 month period from when you start in
your business.
Monthly Requirements - 150PQV
Every month you need 150PQV in order to be paid, to stay in qualification and
to qualify for any incentives taking place at the time.
Always ensure your 150PQV is in as quickly as it can be to avoid a last-minute rush.

Presentations & Sponsoring
Opportunity Presentations
Second Thursday of every month
Cabana Bar, 80 Christie Street, St Leonards (7.00pm-8.00pm)
RSVP essential with michellesutherland85@btinternet.com or +61 459 835 803
Also check the Arbonne Australia Facebook Pages for opportunity presentations being held across the
country.
Sponsoring Etiquette
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
In the situation that more than one person has spoken to your prospect, the general rule is that the first
person who has spoken to them about the business, given them samples and met with them, will be their
sponsor. If in doubt, it is manners to have a conversation with the other consultant before moving
forward. In a predicament it is the choice of the prospect who they would like to be their sponsor. Please
refer to Arbonne Policies and Procedures for details on this.

Communication
Emails
Be sure to check your emails daily. It is your responsibility to keep your team in the loop. Always
forward emails on immediately. Even if the email is not relevant to you – it may be relevant to someone
else on your team.
Share problems with your upline
If you need help with anything – always make sure you speak to your sponsor. Never call to speak to
your downline - your negativity will rub off. Never moan down – call your sponsor when you have any
issues.
Ask for Help
Always ask your upline along when you speak to someone about Arbonne for the first time. They want
to help and will be able to guide you through the presentation and objection handling until you feel
confident to do it yourself.

Sharing Arbonne
Get Familiar with Arbonne & Network Marketing
Familiarise yourself with the company background and the network marketing industry so that you
are able to explain clearly what your business involves in a conversation.
Full Opportunity Presentation
Know the opportunity presentation, so that you can be comfortable with how you
explain the opportunity to others.
The best way to learn it is to go to the many opportunity presentations, and learn
from the speakers. Listen to as many opportunity calls as you can.
Your sponsor will send you the slides and script.

TEACH
System for Success
REsults Approach
Always lead with the business
Step 1: Ask (in person or on a phonecall) people along to a Group Presentation or for a coffee with you
and your upline.
Step 2: After telling the person about this opportunity, give them full size products (gold bags) to try for
2-3 days. Diarise a follow up meeting there and then for 2-3 days time to get the products back and to
hear their decision.
Step 3: Call the person the day before you are due to meet to confirm your meeting e.g.“Looking
forward to seeing you tomorrow at 2pm in Starbucks”
Step 4: Meet up and get their decision - Consultant, Preferred Client, or Client.
Always lead with
The Business Opportunity!
