IRIS Update
 IRIS is a COTS web-based application developed by
Efficient Engineering Enterprise Inc. (Ex3)
 The Incident Reporting Information System (IRIS) is
the Agency-mandated system for reporting, recording
and tracking all NASA mishaps, close calls and postincident corrective actions.

– MISO socialized this proposed change with the IRIS POCs
– This change has been approved and is pending task award
– Implementation is planned for the end of May
 Behind this change request are several changes in the
customer acceptance environment

 The IRIS CCB merged with the MIWG into the Mishap
Program Working Group (MPWG)
 Drafting a new charter and process for the new group
 No additional NSC funding for the Ex3 Contract for
additional change requests this year
