As an HR Business Partner, you will have many responsibilities on a national and regional level, such as coordination with the Nordic countries regarding developing and maintaining HR policies. You will be working with an experienced HR Manager on various tasks, this for example developing, coaching and inspiring our company’s employees and thus contributing to the Robert Bosch Oy´s image as an attractive employer. Your main tasks will be to support and take ownership in the following areas: - Responsible for recruiting, developing and coaching our employees - Support managers in labor legislation - Develop, implement and maintain Human Resource policies - Produce reports on key metrics, incl. remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover - Collaborate and report with/to HR Managers - Report to CEO of Robert Bosch Oy Who are you? You have a degree in HR Management and you have gathered some years of experience in HR management and administration, as we will expect you to be accustomed to operating and steering HR-processes. The position involves international contacts, so we expect you to be highly proficient in English written and oral. Work experience in an international company is considered an advantage. As a person, you are structured, proactive and keen to show initiative in your work with a sense to detail.
