The device enables you to manage your compactors remotely and in real time. The information obtained will allow compactor operators to significantly reduce waste removal operating cost and increase efficiency. The necessary information is send automatically via Sigfox network. An advantage of our product is that it needs ultra-low current for active or standby mode and that you will be able to get alarms to track vital parameters of your machines as fullness level and operating defaults. Confidential 25 The communication systems of the Smart City Copenhagen solution lab Detection of fire hydrant leaks TALIS will use the SIGFOX network in its new smart-city fire hydrant monitoring solution. Called COPERNIC, the solution allows water utility officials and companies to monitor the status of thousands of fire hydrants 24/7 to assure proper functioning and protect against water theft. It provides real-time alerts when the fire hydrants are being used, along with estimates of volume drawn, data on hydrant functioning and other information that supports total network efficiency. COPERNIC allows real-time monitoring of fire hydrants by time-stamping all data related to hydrant functioning. An electronic module installed on the hydrant sends SMS or email alerts via the SIGFOX network when the hydrant is being opened, closed, tampered with or is not functioning properly Confidential 27 Internet of things M2M The Contactless (wireless) World Internet of People Internet of Everything Big Data Data Streams in realtime – Big Data Public Basic Data sets Aggregatet data sets Analytics & processing Dashboards and front end API’s, Open Source, applications & software Smart City DOLL a Photonics GreenLab Traditionel opgavefordeling Innovation og vækst Staten Udvikling & igangsætning Regionerne Iværksættere - service Kommunerne Vision: danske kommuner driver sammen med forsyningsselskaber og virksomheder (universiteter) udvikling af Danmark som smart og bæredygtigt samfund i vækst.
