It can also monitor and (by adding an appropriate driver) diagnose the operation of devices from other vendors. The solution supports the core functionality of other vendors’ hardware, and can deliver a full range of features if additional drivers are installed. ami-GO remotely monitors hardware uptime using ICMP packets, diagnoses communications problems, and reboots devices automatically if required. The application also collects operational statistics from the devices, and can generate reports. This makes it possible to evaluate hardware performance and communications network availability, and to optimize the work of infrastructure maintenance teams.
