Best Chemistry Teacher Award 2014

Best Chemistry Teacher Award 2014
IN ASSOCIATION WITH ASSOCIATION OF CHEMISTRY TEACHERS (ACT)
Confederation of Indian Industry
“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates.
The great teacher inspires.”
William Arthur Ward (1921-1994)
Writer
Every year, around this time, we begin our search for India's Best Chemistry Teacher.
The Best Chemistry Teacher Awards (BCTA) 2014 is looking for India's foremost faculty in the field
of chemistry teaching. BCTA has been successfully recognizing and awarding teachers over the last three years.
BCTA was instituted to commemorate the United Nation's International Year of Chemistry (IYC) in 2011.
BCTA applauds exemplary chemistry teachers teaching class XI and XII, undergraduate courses and
post-graduate levels. We will also recognize achievements in the Best Young Chemistry Teacher Award
(under 40 yrs as on September 1, 2014), and the Best Chemistry Teacher for Promotion of Chemistry as a subject.
We reserve the distinction of The Best Chemistry Teachers for those who have a passion to teach and an
enthusiasm that's infectious. Our selection criterion looks for an overall approach to teaching,
flair to ignite young minds and promoting science beyond the classroom. In short, we are looking for
the extraordinary amongst you.
For more on the awards and to submit your application online, please visit www.humantouchofchemistry.com.
We eagerly look forward to receiving your application.
