Great time was had by all!
Both seasoned Center travelers and
newcomers enjoyed this amazing 10day tour. From the skyscrapers of New
York, the awe inspiring falls at Niagara,
thought- provoking memorials in D.C.,
and back to New York, we experienced
centuries of history.
Aboard Cosmos' full-sized coach,

cities and
countrysides of five states. In New York
City, we circled Manhattan Island on a tour
boat, rode subways and double-decker

wore out our feet. On the Canadian side of
Niagara Falls, we were awestuck by the sheer force of nature and pampered
at dinner in the soaring Skylon Tower. Many poignant moments were felt
at the war memorials in
Washington, D.C. There, we
honored the five veterans
in our group with a short
ceremony.

seniors. Now she IS a 'senior' and continues
to share the joy of travel with her fellow peers.
She and her husband, Dick, are lifelong
Spangle/Spokane residents. They have a son,
daughter and three grandchildren.

Cascade mobile home division preparing 20-year

program helps Center
Center member, Ron Vierra, who is also a member
of STCU's Board of Directors, participated in the
Northwest Credit Union Association conference in
Spokane recently. Their program to 'Pay It Forward'
left Ron with $114 in cash -- the average amount credit
unions saved their
Northwest members last
year. Ron decided to
'Pay It Forward' to the
Center -- so he matched
that $114 with his own
