BOLINDERSKA
PALATSET FLOOR 1
Bolinderska Palatset was built on the notion that only the best will do. This is still evident today
in the Scholanderska Rummet, Hanna Winges Salong, Hugo Alfvéns Salong, Mårten Winges rum and
Blasierummet. In the early days, Bolinderska Palatset was home to L.O. Smith, otherwise known
as the “Aquavit king.” Then, Régis Cadier, founder of the Grand Hôtel, moved in, and much of
the interior décor from that time still remains today. These rooms, found on the first floor of the
Bolinderska Palatset, all boast a national heritage listing, and form the perfect backdrop for all types
of functions, from annual general meetings to spirited anniversary celebrations.
