FEES
This year’s full delegate fee is €2090. The fee includes airport transfers (both ways), buyers’ day &
workshops on the 10 November, two days’ conference and conference guide. Included are lunches,
coffee breaks and one-to-one meetings between airlines, ground handlers and suppliers: you tell
us who you would like to meet and we will arrange the meetings and provide private meeting
rooms during the conference. All networking events are included, namely the networking party on
the 10 November, an invitation to the Delegate Dinner & Ramp Safety Industry Awards Ceremony
Party on the 11 November and a city tour for one delegate & partner on the 13 November.
CANCELLATIONS
Returning our booking form constitutes an agreement.
Cancellation will incur the following charges, delegate replacement is acceptable:
