Course Description and Course Content
Under
bidrag.
This course provides students with an opportunity to explore the way artists have used
publishing as an art making strategy and as an alternative and as an additional support to
exhibition practices. The course also looks at the ways in which artists collaborate and take
control of the means of distribution of their work. The course considers what the role of the
public is in the development of experimental contemporary art. Students collaborate on the
conception, development, design and completion of a collective publication as a form of artistic
expression.
