Programme 2nd International Symposium on Climate Justice Common aims and shared responsibility 18 – 19 November 2014 Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8o Ost 2nd International Symposium on Climate Change Common aims and shared responsibility A disproportionate burden from global climate change will be placed solely on developing countries – many of which already encounter considerable challenges and may lack the resources to combat threats to environmental, economic and social development. The symposium serves as a forum to explore the current state of international climate justice and climate change adaptation measures. It will examine the latest political and administrative updates in the field of action and facilitate and strengthen exchanges between north and south initiatives, with a focus on increasing the dialogue between projects in the global south.
