APPLICATION PROCESS
Living in Rolling Hills gives you the chance
to meet a lot of people. The pool is great
and makes it easy to enjoy the Florida
sunshine when you have a break from
classes. I love that there is free laundry and
all of the utilities are included. I also work
as a Front Office Staff employee for Rolling
Hills, which is a great way to get to know
more residents as well!
This checklist is provided to aid you in understanding where you are in the process
to secure on-campus housing at Nova Southeastern University.
New Fall Residents
As of April 1, we are no longer accepting roommate requests via email to
housing@nova.edu. Room assignments are available online by using your RMS
username and password on July 2.

For me I’m choosing to come back to live
in Rolling Hills for many reasons. For one,
I really appreciate how friendly and nice
the staff is. They are quick to respond if
something happens with my apartment or
if I need anything. I also appreciate how
convenient it is living on campus so I’m
able to get to class in a quick manner.
One last reason I enjoy living in Rolling
Hills is that great pool! It’s so nice to
relax by the pool after a stressful day.

As an international student it can often be
difficult to make a place feel like home,
but Rolling Hills became that very quickly
for me. I’ve really enjoyed my time at Rolling
Hills for a variety of reasons. For starters I
love the pool! I also really enjoy the incredibly
diverse student population and the people are
genuinely very nice. When you have a stressful
day at class or work, it’s so nice coming back to
Rolling Hills where you know you’ll be greeted
with a friendly hello. Not to mention Rolling Hills
is a very safe and secure place and I also really
enjoy the incredibly kind staff!
New winter residents have until November 15 to request a roommate via email to
housing@nova.edu and select a room preference. Room assignments are available
online by using your RMS username and password on December 15.
