In particular, I am interested in the boundary control of solutions to some PDEs to enforce nonzero constraints inside the domain, such as the absence of critical points. Harmonic Analysis and applications Multi-dimensional reproducing formulae arising from the metaplectic representation. They give a unified approach to continuous signal analyses, as those provided by wavelets and shearlets in 2D. Education University of Oxford 10/2011 – 8/2014 Doctorate (D.Phil.) in Mathematics Thesis Supervisor: Dr Yves Capdeboscq Thesis Title: “On local constraints and regularity of PDE in electromagnetics. Applications to hybrid imaging inverse problems” Universit` a di Genova 9/2009 – 7/2011 Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics Thesis Supervisors: Prof Filippo De Mari and Prof Ernesto De Vito Thesis Title: “Reproducing Subgroups of the Symplectic Group” Final grade: 110/110 cum laude Universit` a di Genova Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics Thesis Supervisor: Prof Enrico Massa Thesis Title: “La precessione di Thomas” Final grade: 110/110 cum laude 9/2006 – 7/2009 Publications Invitations [8] G.
