AUCTION REGULATIONS
Auction purchases are tax-deductible for the amount that the purchase price exceeds the fair market value
of the item. Valuations are provided by the donors and do not reflect an independent appraisal. Following
the event, each purchaser will be sent a letter for tax reporting purposes.
Fontainebleau Associations assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for any of the items included in the
Auction, and is not liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of the items. Fontainebleau
Associations is not liable and no exchange or refund will be offered for events cancelled or rescheduled.
Unless otherwise specified, all items must be used by November 13, 2015. Unless otherwise specified,
dates and times are to be determined at the mutual convenience of donor and purchaser.
All sales are final; purchasers may not ask for exchanges or refunds from either Fontainebleau
Associations or the donor. Please read the specifications and limitations in each lot description carefully.
Payment for all Auction items may be made by cash or check made payable to Fontainebleau Associations.
AUCTION
On Thursday, November 13, the Auction will open at 6:30 pm and conclude at the end of the dinner
portion. Bids, in increments of $50, are entered by signing the bid sheet for the corresponding lot. Please
note that on lots valued at $1,000-$1,999, bidding will be in increments of $100, and for those valued at
$2,000+, the bidding will be in increments of $250. The winning bid is the highest bid above the
minimum bid submitted before the close of the Auction.
Winners will be announced at on the evening of the Gala. Winners must make arrangements to pay for
and pick up their items at the event or by November 15, 2014. Items not paid for by November 15th will be
offered to the runner-up bidder. If an item is not purchased by a runner-up bidder, the item remains the
