KOCH - In loving memory of Albert
who passed away November 12,
2011.
The moment that you died,
Our hearts split in two,
The one side filled with memories,
The other died with you.
We often lay awake at night,
When the world is fast asleep,
And take a walk down memory
lane,
With tears upon our cheeks.
Remembering you is easy,
We do it every day,
But missing you is a heartache,
That never goes away.
We hold you tightly within our
hearts,
And there you will remain,
Life has gone on without you,
But it never will be the same.
For those who still have their dads,
Treat him with tender care,
You will never know the emptiness,
As when you turn and he is not
there.
- Sadly missed & lovingly
remembered by your wife Irene,
your children, your grandchildren
and great grandchildren

At Your Service
PLAN OF THE WEEK
PLAN NUMBER 2-3713
BASEMENT ENTRY
FAMILY HOME
Craftsman-style
detailing and decorative
stone trim add instant
appeal to the exterior
of this two-level, threebedroom family home.
Inside, a practical floor
plan makes this a good
choice for a young, growing family.
From the sheltered
porch entry, a single
front door opens to the
ground floor, with a welllit foyer with a den, or
home office, to the right.
The den’s full-size window and double glasspaned doors will let in
plenty of natural light.
The entire back half
of the ground floor is
unfinished. This space
has roughed in plumbing
for a three-piece bathroom and access through
sliding glass doors to a
covered backyard patio.
It could serve as an inlaw suite or mortgagehelper, where local bylaws permit this.
The laundry room is
also located on the lower
floor, across the hall
from the staircase lead-
ing upstairs to the main
living areas.
On the second floor,
a contemporary kitchen
features a raised eating bar, angled corner
sinks with windows and
access to a partly covered sundeck.
The adjoining great
room includes a dining
area with a feature wall
with a gas fireplace, as
well as glass doors that
open to a covered deck
located over the garage.
Space on either side of
the fireplace could be
used for bookshelves or
an entertainment unit.
A large window in the
great room has an extrawide sill, prefect for
growing plants.
The master bedroom
is at the back of the house
and includes a walk-in
closet and a three-piece
en-suite bathroom. Two
additional bedrooms
share the home’s second
bathroom, which has a
boxed out wall for the
bathtub.
A double garage is
recessed into the main
level of the home, with a
side door leading directly into the foyer.
This home measures
38 feet wide by 49 feet, 4
inches deep, for a total
of 1,345 square feet of
finished living space.
Plans for design 2-3713 are available for $595
(set of 5), $680 (set of 8)
and $748 for a super set
of 10. Also add $30.00 for
Priority charges within
B.C. or $55.00 outside of
B.C.
Please add 12%
H.S.T., 13% H.S.T. Or 5%
G.S.T (where applicable)
to both the plan price
and Priority charges.
