Pick up will commence Friday, November 21st. You can bring payments for the additional orders when you come to pick up your greenery. Pick-‐up Information I’ll be using the same process as previous years. Below are the “greenery hours” where you can come by anytime to pick up your orders. Each scout will need to pick up their personal order from my garage (Church sales are distributed separately on the 2 delivery days). It would be greatly appreciated if you could pick up your order sometime on or before 24 Nov (Monday), since we will be out of town over Thanksgiving. See flyer at the end of the Wagon Wheel for details and directions. 12/01/14 Boundary Waters Info Meeting Scouts and parents, if you are interested in attending a trip this summer to the boundary waters in Canada with other scouts and parents from Troop 91, please come to the Ed Center at 6:30 on Monday Dec 1 for a brief informational about this trip. The purpose of this meeting is to hear from those who have been and to cover the steps and planning that would need to take place for a summer of 2015 trip. Look forward to seeing you there! 12/06/14 Grumpy Santa Campout We will be meeting at the Ed Center on Saturday morning, 12/6 at 8:30am and head out to Camp Klassen. 02/07/15 Save the Date – NT Merit Badge Forum It's not too early to start thinking about next year's Northern Tier merit badge forum. It will be held at Westridge Middle School, 93rd & Nieman, on the mornings of Saturday, February 7th, and Saturday, March 7th. Registration details are not yet available, but they will be provided in a future edition of the Wagon Wheel when available. Submit your announcements and calendar updates to Kyle.Murdock@Troop91.org Breakfast at St. Pauls ST PAUL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH 1300 N. 18TH STREET KANSAS CITY, KS 66102 Saturday, November 22, 2014 Breakfast at St. Paul's has been going on for over 10 years every Saturday at 9:30 AM week in and week out. Over 200 Kansas City residents come to the parish to eat a breakfast provided by volunteers. Shift One: 7:15 to 9:30 AM We just need two more adults or one older scout and an adult to fill the shift of 8. Prepare and set up a nutritious home cooked breakfast. Adults will need to do any jobs that require knives or actual cooking or baking. Shift Two: 9:15 to 11:15 AM We just need 8-10 more to fill the shift of 20. Scouts should wear their Class A Uniform when serving. The doors open to the neighbors at 9:30 to serve breakfast. The boy scouts will do some of the getting ready jobs such as setting up the parish hall, making orange juice, bagging the donated Panera bread, etc. After all prepping, the scouts will be serving, busing tables, cleaning, helping wash dishes, sweeping, mopping, greeting and counting guests. St. Paul’s Directions: St. Paul's is located at 1300 N. on 18th Street in Kansas City, KS just over one mile North of I-70 Hwy. Parking: Make a left on to Washington St. the church will be on your right (North); park on Washington Street or in the grassy area on the South side of the church. If both areas are full, follow the alley (West side of church) to the North side of the church and park in the grassy areas found there. ALL volunteers will enter the building on the WEST side (off the rear alley) NOT the front of the church. Please ring the door bell found on the red door under “Peace to all who enter here” sign.
