On-grade structural concrete will support the concrete topping slab on the station platforms. Amenities on the station include steel structure pedestrian canopies, steel benches, aluminum windscreens, tree grates, bicycle canopies and bike racks, masonry pavers, signage, irrigation system, steel handrails, a comfort station at the UNC Charlotte Main Station, electrical service panels, grounding, conduit, station canopy lighting, and light poles. The City will supply various art pieces at each station to be installed and coordinated in this contract.
