Cancellations changes per person Charges 60 days prior to arrival 25% of the tour price 31-45 days prior to arrival 50% of the tour price 30 days or less prior to arrival Entire tour cost The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing We shall not be liable for any sightseeing missed after the commencement of the tour due to any unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. In case of one or more passengers per family but not all passengers signing the booking form it shall be deemed that others have duly authorized the concerned signing passengers. We reserve the unconditional right to reserve or terminate a booking in the event of unreasonable behavior of passenger at any time. We shall be in no circumstances be liable to the client for any over stay expenses due to the delay or changes in the air, bus or train cancellations. It shall be the duty of the client to inform us in advance in case the client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy the arrangements. Above rate is quoted as per current rate offered by hotel, if any increase in the rate, Vandana travels is authorize to hike the package price without any prior notice. If any claim or dispute or complain of whatsoever nature reclaim to tour marketed/ coordinated by V Tours and Travels / Vandana Travels arises, then the same shall be subject to Baroda jurisdiction.
