High Load safety shackle.
2.
Grease lubricated head fitting.
3.
Head fittings are interchangeable by qualified engineer - followed by retest.
4.
Locking Pin safety feature prevents full retraction from head assembly.
5.
Large finger nut lugs are positioned away from the side plate to aid grip and
prevent damage to fingers.
6.
Clearly marked label in metric tonnes giveing rope size, capacity and
identification number.
7.
Taper roller bearings fitted as standard - unless stated.
8.
Grease lubrication through sheave pin.
9.
Safety pin prevents accidental or unintentional loosening of the finger nut - also
positioned on the operators side of the block for easy access..
10.
Sheave diameter and rope capacity are manufactured to customers individual
requirements.
SAFETY HOBBLES MAY BE FITTED IF REQUIRED
