Flens på aksling/Flange on shaft
Påkrymping av akselflens:
Flatene skal være rene og slette!
Minst 70% av flate arealet skal ha full kontakt.
Kontroll tilpasses med merkefarge.
Bruk justeringsverktøyet som vist i Figur 2.
Trykk flensen på konen med ca. 20kg trykk.
Juster åpningen (S) til 3mm.
Demonter flensen.
Monter lagrene, lagerdeksel, tette ring, simring og skruer.
Trekk til låsemutter (Del 1).
Del 1/Part 1
Varm opp flensen til 235°C.
Trykk flensen på konen til justeringsskruen stopper akselenden (Figur 3).
Demonter verktøyet og dra på låsemutter (Del 2 på Figur 4) etter at
flensen er nedkjølt.
Pulling up flange on shaft:
Surface on cone and hole must be clean!
Least 70% of the surface must be in full contact.
Control with blue paste.
Del 2/Part 2
Use adjustment tool in Figur 1.
Press the flange on cone with ca. 20kg pressure.
Adjust opening (S) to 3mm.
Pull the flange of cone.
Assemble bearing, cover, seal ring and screws on shaft.
Tighten slotted round nut (Part 1).
Heat the flange up to 235°C.
Pull the flange up on cone to the adjusting screw is in contact with shaft
end (Figur 3).
Dismantle the adjustment tool and pull up the rounded nut (Part 2 on Figur 4).

Vedlikehold/Maintenance
1. Hylseolje/Lubrication oil
Hylsoljen bør skiftes 1 gang i året med faste intervaller. Det bør gjøres oftere om thrusterene er
konstant i bruk, f.eks. ved bruk av PMH’s Keep Position system.
Change the lubrication oil at least once every year with fixed intervals. Change the oil more often if
the thrusters are in constant use, like if PMH’s Keep Position system is used.
2. Visuell inspeksjon/Visual inspection
Se etter synlige skader på thrusteren, som sprekker, bøy på akslingen, rust og andre misdannelser.
Check if there are any visible damage on the thruster, like cracks, bend on the shaft, rust and other
abnormalities.
