This is hull 800 from VARD Søviknes. She is an Construction
Support Vessel built for DOF Subsea Rederi. Delivery is
scheduled for June 2015.

“Skandi Africa” is specially designed and equipped for subsea operation duties. She has a length of 160.9m and a breadth moulded of
32 metres. “Skandi Africa” is considered to be amongst the most
complex offshore vessels delivered ever from a Norwegian yard.
VARD Søviknes is responsible for “turn key” delivery incl topside
equipment. The deadweight is approx. 16,000 tonnes. GT approx.
22.689.
