Differences regarding that amendment number 7-A to ICAO Doc 4444 Procedures for Air Navigation Services – Air Traffic Management (PANS-ATM) are not implemented. Ändringen beslutades av ICAO den 6 juni 2016. ICAO inför ändringen den 10 november 2016. Ändringen kommer att träda i kraft när den inarbetats i EU-rätten. ICAO approved the amendment on 6 June 2016.
