Equipment / Functions Sensor with a membrane system suitable for measuring differential or negative pressure of non-aggressive gas. The differential pressure to be measured takes effect on a silicone membrane, changes in position of which are compensated by a measuring spring, dependent on the degree of travel. Changes in position of the membrane are detected by a differential transformer and converted into an output signal of 0-10 V by an electronics unit in SMD technology. The differential pressure sensor supplies an output signal (0-10 V) when the pressure at the “+” connection exceeds the pressure at the „-” connection.
