By ANDREW LERSTEN - H-P South Haven Bureau | 0 comments 1 SOUTH HAVEN - The $1.4 million North Side Marina clubhouse construction project is right on schedule, city officials said Friday. South Haven landed an $814,000 grant for the project from the state Department of Natural Resources, under a program funded by marine fuel taxes and boat registration fees. The balance is being paid from the city's marina fund, which is supported by marina users.
