Welcome to our 2013‑14 season! Last year proved to be another great season of theatre, music
and dance at WCT&DC. Our classes in the Shannon School of Performing Arts continue to grow
and challenge our talented and highly qualified staff of instructors.
We are very excited to bring you several new productions this season! We hope you will continue to
support the arts for young people in Wichita and the surrounding area. So many of our young artists
have gone on to do amazing things in this community as well as communities around the country.
Your support makes that happen!

Everyone thinks the little new-born is just plain ugly. He doesn’t look like the others, he doesn’t talk like the others, and he

our hero soon helps everyone learn an important lesson about fitting in, and how sometimes, the smallest
person can be the biggest bully.

Everyone thinks the little new-born is just plain ugly. He doesn’t look like the others, he doesn’t talk like the
others, and he certainly doesn’t act like the others. He is just so different in so many ways – and on a farm,
different isn’t so good. Well, our hero soon helps everyone learn an important lesson about fitting in, and
how sometimes, the smallest person can be the biggest bully.

how sometimes, the smallest person can be the biggest bully.

Welcome to our 2013‑14 season! Last year proved to be another great season of theatre, music

and challenge our talented and highly qualified staff of instructors.
We are very excited to bring you several new productions this season! We hope you will continue to
support the arts for young people in Wichita and the surrounding area. So many of our young artists
have gone on to do amazing things in this community as well as communities around the country.
Your support makes that happen!
