Dear Community Partners:
Edwin Gould Services for Children & Families would like to take this opportunity to wish you a wonderful new year and
to thank you for your partnership and support. As a reminder, Edwin Gould Services for Children & Families (EGSCF)
is a human service agency. EGSCF has an array of services, designed to address the complexities that often lead to
family disintegration. EGSCF provides permanency and adoption services for at-risk families (foster care); preventive
services designed to intervene with troubled families; health and mental health services to ensure that every child
or adolescent achieves maximum health potential and is emotionally prepared to meet life’s challenges. We also
provide services to reduce or eliminate domestic violence, as well as vocational and employment programs to
empower families economically.
Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families is asking you to join us promoting our recruitment event. The
campaign’s goal is to increase the number of foster and adoptive parents in our community. We are embarking on
this aggressive campaign to recruit foster homes for children ages 0 to 21. And we need your help. We are
asking you to distribute the attached recruitment flyers.
.
Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families and the Department of Parent Talent Matching Development and
Support would like to thank you in advance for your participation in this important journey. Every child deserves a
loving permanent home. We are confident that your participation in this effort will greatly contribute to the
accomplishment of this worthwhile goal.
For more information about our campaign and to confirm your support or would like us to present our campaign to a
larger group, please feel free to contact Ms. Carol Grannum at office 212.602.5865 or Cell 646.977.1239 or email at:
